DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We offer FREE SHIPPING delivery across Australia.
Our courier options are Fastway and TNT Toll which cannot enable PO Box or Locker Box delivery.
Please double check your delivery address before confirming the order. We are NOT accountable for any delay of delivery time, extra delivery expense or loss of product due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer. We don't accept refund that caused by the above conduct.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to deliver your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.
If you are in the rural area and state (WA, NT and TAS) it will take a bit longer and is approx 3-15 business days once shipped depending on your area.
Please note all delivery timeframes quoted are approximate and can sometimes take longer. If you have any urgent request, please email us so we can accommodate and help get your parcel to you prior to the date you need.

TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
If you have not received your order (5 days after dispatch for express post and 7-15 days after dispatch for standard post) please raise an enquiry with the courier according to your tracking info. They will provide an instant response for your delivery enquiries and it will help speed up any delivery query processes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online contact 1m6Space via cs.1m6space@outlook.com immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
IMPORTANT: You are required to sign for the delivery of your item. Please carefully inspect the package for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign off the delivery. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw away the damage package as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images of the damaged item)
